Choke Test Cylinder

I realized that a lot of people are probably making toys for their kids with their Makerbots and such, so I figured it makes sense to first print a choke hazard test cylinder. If an object can fit entirely inside of this cylinder, it is labeled as a choking hazard for children age 3 and below. I recently printed the file and it works as expected.
