PTFE Cut Jig for Micro Extruder v6

Use this jig to get square PTFE cuts. This jig is setup to make cuts at 36.5mm. The PTFE tube nicely fits in our latest [Micro Extruder Body](https://github.com/UltiBots/K250VS/blob/master/k250_extruder_body_e3d.stl/) with an E3D V6 Hotend.
