Yeast Vial Tap Handle Adaptor

Got slightly bored last night. Designed a quick plug for a White Labs/Yeast Bay vial to allow it to be mounted to a standard 3/8-16 tap as a handle. Makes for easy filling with stuff like grain or hop flowers.

Designed to be a snug fit on the vial neck ID, and the thread fit fine on my Intertap but with the slotted Perlick it crossthreaded very easily.
