This is a stubby style knob for your tap handle. I have my knob mounted on a chrome angled tap handle adapter for a bit of extra height. The shorter design is great if you have a keezer or limited height above your taps.

This design has an integrated 3/8"-16 thread that is a standard tap handle fitting. The threaded insert file is available here. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1466850
