Arcade Spinner for 28mm hole

A simple arcade spinner suitable for a 28mm hole
I added 2 standard bearings from the old rollerblade, a screw m3 10mm and a fork encoder with relative ring nut like this

semplice spinner adatto ad un foro da 28mm
ho aggiunto 2 cuscinetti standard da dei vecchi rollerblade una vite m3 da 10mm
