Bowden link for M6/4mm pneumatic fitting

This allows you to use a 4mm ptfe cable with 4mm to 6MM pneumatic connector, attached to the bottom of a standard Greg's Wade Reloaded cold end.
You may have to drill out the pneumatic connector to get 3mm filament through it, but the thread is printed in the bowden link.
