Simplify3D Creator profiles for ABS, PLA and Taulman Nylon 618

With the default settings in Process1 for a Replicator 2
Simplify3d Creator 1.1.5 produced ugly parts on my Replicator 2
suffering from massive overextrusion. Automatic calculation
for extrusion width in the tab Extruder Settings
created very dubious values.

After printing a bunch of calibration cubes at
a fixed Extrusion width of 0,40 mm with a matching
Extrusion Multiplier derived from the test cubes
my Replicator 2 produced beautiful prints.

Destringing has been optimi
