shutgun hull disassembly

if you have ever loaded shotgun shells and found you messed up and need to remove the components. this is a quick and simple way of cutting the shell open and saving the components.

have added a coouple features to make using work. v2 doesnt work properly as the pivot is not correct. rather move the pivot i added relief to allow the pivot to work. on the blade portion i added a means to grip the block. may add screw holes to the base to allow it to be bench mounted.
