toilet bowl part

I wish I knew the name of this part, or for what model toilet bowl. Its the thingi that is used to pivot the rubber stopper. The handle pulls on the lever which is connected to the thingi posted here. In the photo, the thingi is the yellow part just to the right of the stopper. The toilet is very old....

You may have to orient the thing to print correctly. You will need to print with supports but a raft is not required.
