Update 23/04/2016:
At the behest/suggestion of nestyr I have added divots / lift-outs to each of the holes to aid in extracting pieces. I figured the back holes would be sufficient but realised that you don't want to pick them up every-time to get your pieces out. Front facing removal assistance is a good idea. So Cheers Nestyr. If you want the lift-out ones choose the STL's with 'liftout' after the name. The non 'liftout' files are as originally posted.
