E3D Titan Extruder Upgrade for Prusa i2

This lets you install the new E3D Titan on a Prusa i2 or any horizontal bar printer. It includes a tensioner since most horizontal bar printers don't have them. If you don't need the tensioner fold the belt on the right side over double on its side and then clamp down.

There's no magic to assembling this part. Just zip tie on the bearings first, then assemble the rest.
