Lego Fischertechnik Adapter #5

Building on [thing:148007](/thing:148007), this one adds nubs on top that allow connecting more Lego pieces. Unfortunately, this design is much harder to print successfully on my printrbot Simple. I tried printing upside down and upright, with and without support but upright without support material seems to work the best.
