Prusa no zip ties needed LM8UU bearing holder

This is a revised version of the LM8UU bearing holder for the Y axis on the latest Reprap Prusa V2.

These bearing holders use 1 M3x20mm and one nut to hold the bearing in place of the tie wrap version included in the release

Picture shows the original on the left and the revised part on the right.
