FPV Ground Station 16mm Pole Mounts

After creating [my remix of the FR632 holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1471361) for my mic stand based ground station, I started creating a number of different pole clamps and T-slot mounts to help organize the other things on my ground station. These clamps attach perfectly to a 16mm microphone stand pole, but might work with other diameters as well.
