Hit Point Dial for Sentinels of the Multiverse

Simple hit point tracker dial I made for Sentinels of the Multiverse since using the tokens annoys me. I painted the numbers and arrow, it helped a lot with visibility. Required a bit of cleanup on the numbers since they are so small and I end up sanding the center hole just a bit to get a snug fit for the cap.
