Insignia Bluetooth Behind The Head cushion retainer ring

This is a replacement part for my NS-BTHDP wireless headset. This headset has been very useful and comfortable for several years. They have endured some abuse and finally one of the foam/fabric cushions started falling off. I broke the retainer ring.

This thing is an attempt to get more comfortable years out of them as the rest of the unit is still good with great battery life still left.

If this does not work then I'll have to turn them into a wireless receiver for my boat's head unit.
