Protective skirt for RPLidar

I discovered that RoboPeak did not provide public 3D model for [RPLidar](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1486705). As I needed it to create and fit a protective skirt (the sensor is by default not protected from dust and light), I had to reconstruct it from images and manuals.
