Michigan M with Raised Center

I took http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12386 into tinkercad to create the 'raised' effect. At the current dimensions you can set the Z pause height to 6mm. When it stops it still has a layer or two to go so restart it and watch it for a bit with your finger over the 'change filament' option. Once it starts printing the inner wall press that button! Swap out with your blue with yellow for a cool M! The blue I used was a little on the light side but you get the idea.
