40mm Wanhao Duplicator i3 Cooler

This is a remix of a 40mm cooler from here, The original had some flaws I felt needed improved. The original would sometimes snag on parts of the print that had curled or were higher than the rest of the print. It would frequently snag hard enough knocking prints lose or the printer out of alignment. It was also somewhat weak where it would mount to the gantry.
