makergear m2 fan bracket

yes another m2 fan bracket. this one is inspired by jroelle's bracket who did a great job but i found when printed with abs the tolerances were just too tight for the nylock nuts and would break. this bracket moves the bed fan over slightly so it does not hit the m2 z axis frame. its beefier around the hex nut area and the tolerances have been made slightly bigger so the nut will recess into the bracket without breaking. this prints very easily with no support either on edge or with 40mm fan sid
