Aquarium HOB filter anti vibration... thing

This is a thing I made because my bedroom fish tank drew me crazy. It is a simple device that uses simple kitchen rubber bands to suspend the filter and isolate it from the aquarium glass that amplifies the vibrations. I added the Designspark Mechanical file for simple modifications.
