Garmin to GoPro to handlebar neck

This was made for a specific setup on my friends mountain bike. He needed the Garmin to be spaced up so that it could have the charging cable plugged in. This is for the Garmin zip tie mount and there needs to be a piece of inner tube used under the mount on the neck.
