Printrbot PLUS/LC Z Isolator for M8 rods/nuts

This is a remixed Z isolator for the Printrbot PLUS and LC. I recommend you spin this one around so it prints better. I didn't find an improvement using these in Z banding, but it's worth a try if you're having issues with it.
