MKS GEN case

Case for MKS GEN printer controller board. The cover has provision for a 40mm fan needed for cooling. The two spigots on the end are suitable for 10mm OD spiral tubing. The cover is attached with 3mm screws into nuts that are held captive in printed slots. It is based on a remix of this customizer. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:155001

24th April - added mks_gen_case_v4 the difference is a slot between the two spigots that will allow the connectors to fit through during assembly.
