You'll need 4 SC10UU or LM10UU holder (Someone will have to remix a 10mm version of this http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1172217).

I haven't tested this carriage as I own a Wilson TS (first generation before the 2)

Middle section fit the old Wilson TS Y Belt holder or use this part http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:966138/#files

Again, I don't know if those part fit the Wilson 2 Y assembly, but from what I can tell, it should be fine.
