Prusa Xi3 Z endstop mount for MakerBot switch

I wanted to swap my standard mechanical z endstop switch that came in a kit for Prusa Xi3 for a mechanical makerbot switch. The makerbot switch is bigger and does not fit the existing mount.

The model is mostly parametric but the positions of switch holes are hardcoded.
