Spinning wheel bobbin drive plate (a whorl?)

This driven end plate is designed to fit over 1/2" PVC for folks who like to make their own bobbins. It is meant to be used in conjunction with this axle guide: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1503098

20% fill is enough. Take extra care to prep the platform since this large, flat piece is prone to curling.
