Grubbed Z gear for Rapman

Replacement for the fragile acrylic Z motor gear/pulley.

My acrylic gear lasted barely a few days before cracking. Since then I'd been using a friction-fit replacement but it eventually became loose so I made a version that can be mechanically tightened onto the motor shaft.
