cooling fan support

This is a support to use a fan to cool the RAMPS. I saw i needed when i pluged in the heated bed and my prints stopped because of overheating the power management of the RAMPS. With a fan cooling this part of the RAMPS it keeps printing all the way.

Note that this thing is optimiced for GEETech's Prusa i3 so its thought to fit with its holes and obstacles
