Another Spool Holder

Tool-less easy to use spool holder, designed for Mendle Max.

Bearing can also be placed in "cone2" if the axe must not rotate.

- cone 1:
small cone with the purpose to hold second cone central
- cone 2:
bigger cone that can be unmounted easily
