Tea Light to 3/8th inch dowel rod adapter ver3

This is the 3rd iteration of a design I have been learning on.

For this version I :

shortened the "tea light" cup to make the LED more visible.

moved the lip from the top of the cup to the middle to allow for a firm grip on the "tea light"

added smaller ridges to the inside of the end the dowel rod goes into.

also strengthened pretty much all surfaces.
