Ultimaker Left Fan Duct Mod 2

This is an updated version of the previous one I created which had too small of an opening, and too direct onto the nozzle. In addition the previous version had about 1mm tolerance off which caused it to dip a little bit touching the build plate slightly. This is bad. Even though performance of it was decent.
This new version is Much tighter tolerances. Hovers just over the buildplate, rock solid, bigger airflow nozzle pointed more downwards. (and to the other side as well)
