OpenForge 2.0 Cut Tudor Doorway

Quick and dirty Tudor doorway compatible with [OpenForge 2.0](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1419276) using Blender's boolean and remesh modifiers (to ensure manifoldness).
It's a combination of [OpenForge Tudor Wall Tile](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:250430) and [OpenForge 2.0 Cut Stone Doorway](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1440089).
I only modeled the 2x2 version with cut base, because that is what I needed.
