Migbot Electron Prusa i3 Chinese E3D V6 Direct Drive Mount

This is a remix of AxMod's i3 E3D v6/Lite6 Direct Drive Mount for Migbot/Electron Prusa i3 printers (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1119606). This mod enables Chinese-made E3D V6 hotends to be used. To complete the setup, AxMod's other parts are still required such as migbot_e3d_top.stl and sensor_e3d_short.stl.
