nema Stepper 2 Proxxon MF 60 mount

This is the first step fro me to convert a manual router to a cnc one.
Handles can stay on the machine.
x and y axis have the same frame. You can use M3 screws to mount the frame. Uses different prepared holes for x and y.
Added z-axis mount.
Updated Controller Firmware (was a bug in G1 positioning)

2015-04-19 Updated Controller Firmware 01b takes new command while positionating => should be faster, but I can't find a difference...
DON'T USE 01b !!! still buggy
