BusPirate v4.0 case

This is a solid case for the BusPirate v4.0 based on markab's great seeed studio BusPirate case. markab's case has been re-sized and tweaked to perfectly fit the BusPirate v4.0

I used M3x12mm hex socket cap bolts to hold mine together.
