Bull Dog Extruder Adapter E3D V6 with Probe

This is another work in progress of the E3D V6 Hotend coupled with the Bulldog Extruder setup.

I have a working iteration, yet note that the BullDog extruders come in the Lite and XL, which have different alignment holes for the bracket. When I get a chance, I'll try post both.
