Customizable Maneuver Dial for X-Wing with naming

Simple remix of Alandil_Lenard's Customizable Maneuver Dial. I've added naming to both the top and bottom parts, as well as enabled an 'all' function which allows the top, bottom and pin to be exported in the same model.
