DIY PrintRite fan duct for MK8 nozzle

this is a remixes from Fan Duct v3 by thedayowl.

i made it for 2 reasons:
-first it offers me better results on overhangs on the 2 axis X and Y
-second reason is for temperature control : since i change my nozzle for this one -which is really cheap and print really well- but head is 10.5mm height, and i had somme issues to control hot end temp as the fan duct was cooling the nozzle. For this reason it might not fit with original nozzles.

it still use the mounting system from thedayowl,
