Final iteration of a fun learning project.
A teacher needed to put a battery operated LED tealight onto the end of a long 3/8" dowel rod. Since this is for small children glue or tape would not survive long enough to practice and actually still have them for three days of a show.
The needs were:
- had to be sturdy enough to be reused frequently and even dropped often.
- black
- space for the on switch
- as little assembly as possible (i.e. glueing, drilling, screwing)
- cheap
