hinged panel mount

I made this to mount my LCD controller ([thing:35438](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35438)) onto the spool holder ([thing:105445](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:105445)) It has a tapered pin so you can easily remove the panel. It could probably be used for other things as well
