Mk6 extruder drive for 1.75mm filament

One of my biggest gripes with my TOM is the constant stripping of the filament when printing things with lots of reversals (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12034 SnowFlake is my hardcore test these days)

Thinking that a adjustable pressure and a free wheeling follower would work better I printed out the http://www.thingiverse.com/14468 Shaputer modified version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7113 Yet another extruder filament drive by Jag
