Spool expander segment

A 1/2kg filament spool I've got has a small hub diameter, so the filament supplied was wound quite tight. The back tension was enough for the extruder to pull the spool stand over!

I wanted to reuse the spool for a 50m sample of filament so I decided to make some hub packers. I'm just learning OpenSCAD so this was a useful little exercise.
