G2S Universal Effector Rocker Mount

This is a rocking extruder adapter for my G2S Universal Effector System. The inactive nozzle is lifted a few millimeters above the print to keep it out of the way.

Please note: This is for the *[Enlarged Effector](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1430737) only*, it will not fit the smaller one.

Included are a full set of revised extruder adapters, all of which must now mount from the front (using 10mm screws). Unfortunately there will not be room for attached fans on the J-head rocker, you
