Print these two parts, fill them with silicone RTV (use a type which will set inside enclosed spaces like Sugru, or DIY Sugru; 50% silicone and 50% cornstarch), and then snap the silicone casting over the hot bits of your e3d.
Allows you to use vastly increased print fan airflow without impacting your ability to hold temperature.
