Sign-generator-openscad v1.1

Based upon http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13677 I had the idea to include a few more fonts in my fonts -> OpenScad website.

I have now added all the Google webfonts, http://www.google.com/webfonts, just 470 fonts are available at http://sign-generator.b9c.org/

I have not tested all 470 fonts. A few give me - "ERROR: Illegal polygonal object - make sure all polygons are defined with the same winding order. Skipping affected object." One or two of the thick fonts, come are only the edge ex
