Mk10 Filament Release Lever Catch (Cocoon Create, Wanhao Di3v2, etc.)

A Lever catch that makes it easy to change filament on the Mk10 extruder one-handed.

My left hand and arm are almost fully paralyzed from a brain injury which makes changing filament a real PITA (go ahead, try doing it yourself one-handed). So I created a catch that holds the release lever down while I change the filament at my leisure.
