Duet v0.8.5 Enclosure with lid

Saw a similar case but it was too shallow for the internal fan and didn't have openings for the wires so I made my own. Feel free to contact with suggestions and I'll incorporate as necessary.

The cover is a bit loose, I may change that once I get new arms for my large format printer.

Fan opening is for a 40mm fan from Mc-Master Carr.
