Prusa i3 E3D direct extruder holder sideways

I use a direct extruder with geared stepper which has two M4 mount holes with 50 mm distance. The x-carriage on my prusa i3 has 6 M3 mount holes.
I have the parts from a friend and i will link them here, if i found out, what items they are.

As i found no suitable adapter here and want the stepper axis in x-direction, i designed here my first part, that i now want to share.
It is designed to be printed on the side with the triangles (rotate y -90 deg in slic3r) so there won't be any overhang
