Lewihe Play SmartLCD support

At the time mounting the electronics I had this thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:821099 lying around and harvested from my yet non-existent oldie printer and I wanted to use it on my Play setup. It contains a back and front support for the SmartLCD controller. I wanted to attach it to my Play using the hinge back support.
